By accessing or using the Shima application and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the service.
Shima offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed through UrubutoPay and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the service and for any activities that occur under your account. You must notify Shima immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
All content available through Shima, including audiobooks, music, podcasts, and ebooks, is protected by copyright. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access content for personal, non-commercial use only.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
